The winner will contract directly with Mallard Painting. ToolBoxExperts acts to coordinate the contest between the winner and Mallard Painting but do not act as a contractor for the residential services provided and nothing in our involvement in this process makes us responsible for the services provided.
1. Contest is open to current Prince Edward Island residents over the age of 18, except employees of ToolboxExperts, their families, agents or anyone connected with this competition. The service will only be performed in a private residence located in Prince Edward Island.
2. One entrant will win a day (8 hours) of painting & consultation services from Mallard Painting and up to 3 gallons of Lifemaster paint from Dulux Paints Charlottetown.
3. There is only one prize. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received prior to the close of the competition.
4. Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
5. Winner will be contacted by ToolBoxExperts via email the first week of March, 2017. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new draw will take place.
6. The prize is valid for service to be completed before May 31st, 2017.
7. Entries must be received by 12:00am AST on February 28tb, 2017.
8. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.
9. By entering, winners agree to their names and general locations being used for publicity purposes.
10. By entering, entrants agree to receiving further information from ToolboxExperts.
